An Open Letter To Our Critics......Calming Moose Watching...Who Won the Debate?

It has come to our attention that some people think we’re being too hard on Anthony Housefather—especially because he’s Jewish and so are we.

Let’s set the record straight.

Politics isn’t for the faint of heart. If you’re a public official, your actions are fair game for both praise and criticism - regardless of your religion.

That said, if you’re Jewish and represent a large Jewish population, you are held to a higher standard. Why?

Because no matter what we do, antisemitism will persist. And when our elected representative stays in a party that doesn’t have our back, had a chance to leave and didn't take it - he opens himself up to rightful scrutiny.

Our criticism isn’t about his identity—it’s about his record. It’s about his continued allegiance to a Liberal party that, since October 7, has:

  • Never sent the Prime Minister to Israel which means they have never seen the absolute, breathtaking, barbaric destruction fomented on October 7.

  • Publicly stated that Netanyahu would be arrested if he entered Canada—something Carney has not walked back.

  • Continues to send millions of our dollars to organizations like unwra, which has been clearly exposed as being part of Hamas.

Housefather presents himself as the lone Jewish voice - the hero - within the Liberal party.

The reality? He’s failed to shift a single policy. And if Carney wins, nothing will change.

So yes, he is open to criticism from a fellow Jew.

And if he can’t handle that and only wants applause, then he’s in the wrong line of work.

Many thousands think as we do - he no longer deserves the honor of being our member of parliament. Which is why they are voting for Neil Oberman.

And one more thing. We are hearing that there is a very large numbers people voting early, despite the long wait times. That is a clear sign that people want change.

If you're bored or need to relax in the next 20 days, we have a solution for you. You can tune into Sweden's Great Moose Migration which runs on live TV for 20 days straight.

Yes dearies. For the next 20 days about 9 million Swedes will be tuned in to watch how the elk swim across the Ångerman River, some 300 kilometers (187 miles) northwest of Stockholm, in the annual spring migration toward summer grazing pastures.

The moose have walked the route for thousands of years, making it easy for crews to know where to lay some 20,000 meters (almost 12 miles) of cable and position 26 remote cameras and seven night cameras. A drone is also used.

The crew of up to 15 people works out of SVT’s control room in Umeå, producing the show at a distance to avoid interfering with the migration.

Mega-fans have a Facebook group of 76,000-plus viewers, and are committed to watching as many hours as possible. That means for 20 days, people watch 24 hours a day.

They say it's very calming and lowers their blood pressure. We're not sure about watching for 20 days, but we're definitely going to try to see what this is all about.

If you want to watch, here's the link. It's in Swedish but we got to the live stream for you:

This is definitely an antidote for listening to election news all day.

A Quebec judge granted McGill University a 10-day injunction on Tuesday, restricting the activities of a pro-Palestinian student group following protests that, according to the university, disrupted classes, threatened staff, and undermined campus safety.

The injunction bars members of students for palestine’s honour and resistance McGill (SPHR) — and anyone aware of the ruling — from blocking access to university buildings, protesting within five metres of McGill property, or intimidating students and staff. It also prohibits interference with classes and exams, which are currently underway.

It’s about time McGill finally found their kahoonas and took action.

Clearly the people behind this chaos aren’t students looking to further their education, eventually bettering the world. They are agitators exploiting the campus to stir trouble.

And it’s well past time the city of Montreal stepped in. These provocateurs contribute nothing to society. Round them up and send them off with a one-way ticket to Gaza — since that’s clearly where their loyalties lie.

The main takeaway for tonight...

...Jagmeet Singh was beyond obnoxious—constantly interrupting and sounding completely hollow. What exactly is he auditioning for? Clearly a new job, because this one is done.

...As for Blanchet, he made minced meat out of Carney every chance he got.

...And Carney? The most arrogant guy we've seen in a long time. His smugness is off the charts—he acted like the whole debate was beneath him.

...Singh claimed healthcare has been a disaster for the past ten years. That’s odd—we just went to an event with Anthony Housefather where he claimed it's never been better.

From personal experience, we can tell you: if you don’t have an inside connection or money to slip someone, prepare to waste hours in the ER. And if you’re lucky enough to have a family doctor? You’re already ahead of the game.

...Meanwhile, Poilievre stayed composed, even as Singh kept shoving himself into his face.

...Carney came off looking like exactly what he is - someone who was parachuted into a job that he thinks was coming to him - never mind the election.

...Blanchet is a smart guy. Too bad his platform is separating Quebec from Canada.

We think that Poilievre did very well tonight, no matter what the pundits say. He came across as human and caring, not the aggressive person people believe him to be. Anyone with a non-verbal autistic child has to have a heart. Now it showed.
