In case you needed more proof that Madame Valerie Plante is an antisemite, wonder no more. She promoted none other than Bochra Manai, her 'anti racism commissioner' who openly and with great energy, attended one of the sickest antisemitic rallies in this city.
In a brazen display reminiscent of history’s most notorious antisemites, manai attended a rally on October 8 where incendiary speakers explicitly demanded the complete eradication of the Jewish people.
And then, no doubt at the behest of Madame Plante, in a report to the city, she erased, omitted, left out - her participation in said rally.
Does she think that if she doesn't put her participation into a report she wasn't there?
Does that arrogant, self-righteous Valerie Plante think that by promoting her the Jews forgot what she did?
Does anyone on earth believe that she is an anti-racism commissioner?
Montreal is a joke when it comes to dealing with antisemitism. Those in leadership positions act and look like clowns and fools, which they are. Plante is worried about one thing: bicycles. Nothing else matters. What an utterly repugnant and despicable individual.
The quebec government is a collosal gong show and it's going to cost you a LOT of money.
Last year they wanted to upgrade the SAAQ which is where you get your drivers license etc. It's not rocket science as upgrades of systems are done all the time. Execpt if you live in quebec.
We are now at $1 Billion and counting and the site still does not work.
Who is doing the upgrade is anyone's guess. Our personal choice is Jean Pierre Tremblay and his wife Jeanine who live in Pointe aux Pic. Clearly they are working from home with no supervision and less than zero knowledge of how to upgrade anything but a can of Molson's beer.
Then the government the rapid train going from the south shore to Montreal at a cost of - sit down - $9.4 Billion and it does not work. How do we know? Because they have brought back buses to the south shore as the REM is completely unreliable.
It is a complete joke, literally breaking down every single day since it was launched.
Forget about using this train in the winter. It was made in India and guess what? They don't have winter, never saw snow, don't know about ice and therefore built this system for the summer where it doesn't work anyway.
The biggest issue with this is that no one is accountable. Imagine screwing up beyond comprehension and then walking away to do the next job which you will screw up.

In a shameful display of ignorance, an ad was taken out in the New York Times signed by Jews.
It read as follows: “Trump has called for the removal of all Palestinians from Gaza. Jewish people say NO to ethnic cleansing."
Ethnic cleansing? We beg to differ as to who is trying to carry out the ethnic cleansing.
The parading of a baby in a casket is ethnic cleansing. When he was taken hostage at nine months old, Kfir Bibas had not a chance in hell to survive in gaza. And he didn't. Nor did his four year old brother, nor his mother.
The Jewish people who signed that ad will one day deeply regret their decision and their moronic, foolish support of the people of gaza. They are being kept as the underdog by the arab nations of the world who will not take them in. Why?
Because they are worth much more living like dogs in gaza than being dispersed to arab countries and living like normal people.
It boggles the mind how stupid people are.
There could have been a huge terrorist attack in Israel today. Thank G-d it was thwarted by quick thinking Israelis.
Five huge explosive devices were planted on board five different buses in Central Israel. Three devices exploded on empty buses; two didn't explode.
Officials said that the bombs that were planted by the terrorists would have killed hundreds of civilians had the buses been full.
One of the buses was carrying a lot of people when one of the passengers noticed a suspicious package that was left behind and alerted the driver.
Everyone was quickly evacuated from the bus and the bomb squad was called. The bus then exploded.
G-d has to protect Israel.
It appears that Mark Carney is using the slogans of Pierre Poilievre when he actually used the words we will 'axe the tax'.
He hasn't been coronated yet and he's already stealing other people's ideas.
Does Carney not have a brain of his own? Does he soley rely on his handlers, who don't seem to find anything wrong with plagerizing someone else's slogan and not mean a word of it?
You vote for Carney, you are voting for Justin 2.0 on steroids. He already said he will go another 3 years creating much more debt before deciding to stop spending money we don't have.
And speaking of Carney, he is not the one to deal with Trump. He's way to arrogant, way to I-know-what's-good-for-you.
Poilievre can and will deal with him. One of the ways not to deal with this whole Canada 51st state business is not standing in the supermarket trying to figure out what is made in Canada.
Half the stuff that says made in Canada has ingredients that come from the US. That really means the item is packaged in Canada. Get a grip peeps. Calm down. This is not going to move the needle one centimeter.
When the US economy suffers then the meter will move. Until then, there is not much we can do.
In the tone deaf department, there is a mayoral debate in Montreal tonight for those running to replace Valerie Plante.
Tone deaf because tonight is the US - Canada hockey game. Nobody will be watching except the families of those running.
And speaking of those running, you better pray the perfectly woke, black DEI, tree-loving, candidate by the name of Gracia Kasoki Katahwa doesn't get anywhere near the mayor's office.
If you thought Plante was a bicycle-loving, car-hating woke beauty, GKK makes her look like a fairy.
